Our pledges to Black and Minority Ethnic (BAME) people:
Racism is still present throughout Britain today and we must all work together to eliminate it from our society for good!
We pledge to ensure racial justice is present throughout all the policies we have mentioned in other sections of our website including but not limited to hate crime, healthcare, workers rights, education and more.
We support better action to eliminate racial discrimination. This should include an educational campaign which is well funded and community led to stamp out such prejudice from Britain. It should also consider if stricter penalties are needed for those who have committed hate crime.
We support community wide and led efforts to learn about and teach the genuine history of the British empire, colonialism and slavery and how this all still affects the modern day.
